State-Of-The-Art Diagnostics: Ultrasound

We offer ultrasounds as a painless, non-invasive diagnostic tool because it allows our veterinarians the ability to see the internal organs of your pet. We commonly use this equipment to get a better view of your pet’s liver, spleen, kidneys, lymph nodes, heart and more. Our skilled team of veterinarians use this equipment to diagnose a number of conditions and illnesses. By quickly diagnosing a problem, we can then provide prompt and accurate treatment.

Ultrasounds allow us to diagnose the following:
  • Heart disease
  • Urinary tract disease
  • Abnormalities in internal organs
  • Tumors
  • Cysts
  • Stones
  • Inflammation
  • Enlarged organs
  • Pregnancy
  • and more.

How Does Ultrasound work?

An ultrasound works by using high-frequency sound waves rather than radiation to produce a visual image of your pet’s internal organs.

Is Ultrasound Painful?

This is a painless, safe, and non-invasive diagnostic tool. Your pet will feel no discomfort during this time.

Why Ultrasound?

Ultrasound allows us to more thoroughly view internal organs in detail without the need for anesthesia or invasive procedures.
